Terms & Conditions By purchasing items from the ClayTastic web site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions. Product Application Clay models or figures are created for, and intended to be used, as ornaments.  Returns will not be accepted on items returned due to misuse or poor treatment. Toppers can be displayed on any flat stable surface, placed on a flat cake top or bedded firmly in an uneven cake surface. Contacting ClayTastic ClayTastic is a part-time business, and as such, no times of availability can be guaranteed for answering telephones, instant messages or e-mail messages. Also, due to the nature of hand crafting using clay, it is a challenge to keep the phone clean and the topper being produced clear from contamination at the same time! The most managable solution to this issue is for customers to leave a message and wait patiently for a response.  A detailed message can often save both parties some time. Lead Times Once all design work has been confirmed, the creation of the final product is relatively quick. However, to avoid last minute disappointments, I recommend that payment is sent at least two weeks before your event date, so that your items can be created and despatched in good time. Work cannot commence until payment has been received, so I cannot be held responsible for items not arriving on time due to payment not being received. If the situation permits, it may be best to arrange to have your order fulfilled a month or so before your event. Deliveries ClayTastic cannot be held responsible for delivery times.  Special Delivery only is guaranteed next day delivery, once sent. Delivery times are provided by the carrier, excluding weekends and bank holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination. Returns As all toppers are made to order and personalised, I am unable to offer refunds once the product has been sent. In the event of loss or damage in transit I am happy to repair or replace the item once it has been returned.  I will of course contact you to discuss this beforehand. When ordering, try to include as many contact methods as possible. If you need to cancel your order before work has begun, 50% of the balance will be held as a cancellation fee.
